The big question is... should New Zealand’s borders be open? In my opinion I think not. Corona-Virus has mutated into the Delta Variant, the Delta Variant is basically Corona-Virus but is a stronger virus.
And if the borders open we will all be at risk of getting infected. Even when quarantine is over, everyone should still stay at least 1 meters away from each other, when we go to school or work.
If we all stay at home we can stay safe, after a few weeks, or months i’m guessing the Delta Variant will stop spreading around.
So that’s why I think we shouldn’t open our country's borders for now.
